Executive Director of Health System Partnerships

Based in Washington D.C, Aisha Sylvain is the Executive Director of Health System Partnerships at Cadence Remote Patient Monitoring, where she builds and sustains strategic relationships with health system partners and develops initiatives that help achieve defined client objectives. She also ensures partner insights inform Cadence’s research and program design.

Previously, Ms. Sylvain served as Senior Director of Member Development at The Health Management Academy, strengthening member relationships and shaping future research efforts with input from clients and hospital executives.

From 2015 to 2018, Ms. Sylvain was Associate Director, Health Care Business Development at The Advisory Board Company in Washington, D.C., coordinating consultative sales efforts and generating more than $1 million in renewable annual revenue. She also coached associates to reach sales goals and served as recruitment co-chair for the People of Color Affinity Group, spearheading programs to recruit students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Committed to health equity, Ms. Sylvain has focused throughout her career on helping end U.S. health disparities and improving health and wellness among African Americans.
